Rick Fonseca has been a certified building designer since 2000 (44-441NCBDC). Originally from the New York City area, Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Having resided in New York city since childhood, Rick’s passion has always been for Art Deco style architecture, and the Chrysler building is one of his favorite examples of the style. Historians and architects alike consider the Chrysler building as one the finest of New York City.
Alvaro Espinal has been a licensed architect in the State of Texas since 2005 (TBAE#: 19026). Originally from the Chicago area, Alvaro relocated to Houston 1998 and received a Master of Architecture degree from Texas A&M University in 2000. Having resided in Oak Park, Illinois, surrounded by the great architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, and having lived in a classic Chicago-style bungalow, Alvaro fell in love with residences that possess character and soul.
