Submit your entries from February 1 to March 8, 2024

Eligibility
You must be a GHBA member in good standing to enter the PRISM awards.
A company must enter under the type of GHBA membership you have registered and paid for (Custom Builder, Volume Builder, Developer, Remodeler, or Associate).
For example, a homebuilder with a Volume Builder Membership cannot enter a Developer category for a community they wholly developed or even co-developed unless that Builder also pays the Builder/Developer Membership Fee ($150). Volume Builders may not enter Custom Builder Product or Promotion categories even if they built less than 50 homes during the entry period (Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2023).
The only exception is Custom Builders who are also members of the Remodelers Council – they may enter a Remodeler category for a specific project. Associate members who are entering work done on behalf of a Builder or Developer must enter under the Associate categories. Any entry entered under the wrong category will be disqualified and the entry fee not refunded.
All entries must be located within these 11 counties serviced by the Greater Houston Builders Association (Austin, Brazoria, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Waller & Wharton counties). Any entry submitted outside these 11 counties will be disqualified and the entry fee not refunded.
