Time: 1pm to 6pm Continuing education for builders & remodelers registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. The purpose of this class is to give the registered builders of Texas an opportunity to receive the 5 hours of mandatory continuing education credit in one class setting. There have been requests to create and teach this class by many builders in the state so that they will know that they are in compliance with the Chapter 416 of the Texas Property Code. This course will cover ethics, warranties, and construction management and science.
