An important element of the Government Affairs Program is GHBA's political action committee - HOME-PAC. Comprised of a Board of Trustees and sustaining members, the PAC screens candidates at the state and local level and makes endorsements and contributions to candidates when appropriate.

Membership in the PAC is voluntary. It has been said that if you are in business, you are in politics. With government regulations on the rise, GHBA cannot afford not to be involved. You can be sure that any interests adverse to the homebuilding industry are represented and active in politics, so If your industry does not support pro-housing candidates, who will?

Members may join the PAC at any time. Trustee status and sustaining member status are renewable annually on January 1.  Call for details.
