Certified Graduate Associate (CGA)

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:
❏ Complete and return CGA Graduation application
❏ Submit a signed CGA Code of Ethics
❏ Submit a signed CGA Code of Ethics
Graduation fee: $145 Member; $245 Non-member
RENEWAL & CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
To maintain your CGA designation you are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education (CE) every three years. A minimum of six hours are required to come from NAHB Education educational activities listed below. You must submit proof of attendance for each event or activity (copy of registration confirmation, show badge, course or designation certificate, etc.) with your CE form. Note that all continuing education must be completed during the renewal cycle for which it applies.
Annual Renewal fee: $55 Member; $80 Non-member
NAHB Education Education and Activities (minimum six required hours)
Complete an NAHB Education course (in a regular classroom format)
Teach an NAHB Education course
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an NAHB Education course
Be an active member in a Builder or Remodeler 20 Club
Building Industry-related Education (up to a maximum six hours)
Attend a national, regional or state trade show
Attend an educational symposium or event (including audio and web seminars), NAHB board meeting or chair an NAHB national committee
Earn a building industry-related professional designation
Complete a business management-related or building industry-related course or seminar conducted by a college, university, technical school or other professional organization
Manufacturer product training: sponsored education on business or installation techniques, facility tours, fabrication process demonstrations or product demonstrations
Attend a national, regional or state trade show
