Monthly Luncheons

CBC luncheons provide a forum to discuss the specific needs and challenges faced by small volume custom builders.

It’s not just builders anymore! All members are now invited to join the Custom Builders Council. As an added bonus, REALTORS™ will receive the Custom Builder Contract Package.

The Custom Builders Council meets the third Thursday of every month at 11:30 a.m. at the Norris Center. (No meeting in July, October, December.) Registration is required.

Custom Builders Speed Selling

(Next event coming in early 2018!)

    Speed Selling events are an efficient and effective way to build relationships with new vendors and suppliers in a laid-back environment. Attendance is free for builder participants.

    Get face to face interaction with your target audience! Participants will receive approximately 5 to 7 minutes of personal face time with up to 20 custom builders. Events are limited to members of the CBC.


The Speed Selling event is the most effective activity GHBA has created. I was introduced to subs and suppliers I did not know existed, found out information to help my clients, and started the development of important relationships that will make my service to my clients better and in a very short time….It would have taken weeks if not months to set up those meetings and some I did not even know existed. I also was able to determine that I should not quit my day job and go on the bowling circuit… unless I want to be the person that got bugs out of the gutters!

This is THE show where GHBA builders and remodelers turn for new trends and great ideas to stay on the cutting edge and ahead of changing consumer demands.
