Sales & Marketing Council
The Sales & Marketing Council is a forum for new home industry professionals to meet, network and exchange ideas.
The SMC is committed to the education, motivation and growth of its membership - those who represent the epitome of professionalism in the marketing, merchandising, and sales of new homes. The Sales and Marketing Council is responsible for Houston's Best Awards (formerly PRISM) each year, which help promote builders, developers, remodelers and associate members to the public as well as reward them for their stellar performance in the industry.
Networking events are held several times throughout the year and offer an opportunity for professionals to get together and swap ideas. The Battle of the Builders is held twice a year and promotes continuing education through healthy competition. Top producer designations are awarded each quarter and annually in order to recognize sales professionals for their hard work and dedication to new home sales.
