Established in 2002, as a non-profit organization by the Greater Houston Builders Association, HomeAid Houston now stands as a Chapter of HomeAid America the nation’s largest provider of shelter beds for the temporary homeless.

Our Mission: To build dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives.

The Vision: To be a vital force in eliminating homelessness.

GHBA Benefit Homes Project

Since the Project began more than 27 years ago, the GHBA Benefit Homes Project has raised more than $3 million for deserving local charities. The goal of the Project is to construct quality homes with the generously donated time and devotion of Houston area builders and developers.  The extraordinary amount of money raised and given to charity pronounces the dedicated commitment of Houston area builders to their community.
