Adopt-a-Family Project Brings Joyous Holiday to 40 Houston Families

In the spirit of the season, the GHBA and its members partner with the Houston Housing Authority each year to support those less fortunate in our community and provide a more joyous holiday for local families.

On December 1-2, 2017, GHBA members ‘adopted’ 40 families from the Houston Housing Authority. In addition, we also teamed up again with HomeAid Houston and provided more than $4,000 in gift cards for Family Promise Lake Houston, a non-profit agency that provides a caring and positive environment for homeless children and their families.

Thank you to everyone who participated. It was truly a successful event, with many individuals enjoying a happy holiday. We are looking forward to an even better event next year!
