GHBA Scholarship

GHBA offers scholarships to eligible students. Students must reside in the GHBA jurisdiction and be the son or daughter of a GHBA member. A member is anyone employed by a GHBA member company. Criteria for qualification are as follows:

• Must be either a college-bound high school senior or accepted as a full time student in an accredited college or university in the United States.
• Must be the natural or adopted son or daughter of a current member of the GHBA.
• Must provide proof of academic ability by grade point average and class standing.
• Must be of good character (three written references required).
• Applications with transcripts, proof of enrollment and references must be received at the GHBA offices no later than May 23, 2008.

Scholarships will be awarded at the Mid-Year Forecast Luncheon on June 19, 2008.
