Presented by GHBA's Sales & Marketing Council, Million Dollar Circle Awards are presented to sales professionals, sales managers and brokers who successfully closed more than $1 million of single-family detached homes, townhomes or patio homes during the calendar year.

SMC Quarterly Dinner Meetings
The fourth largest SMC in the nation, the GHBA Sales and Marketing Council's more than 700 members represent the epitome of professionalism in the marketing, merchandising and sale of new homes. Quarterly meetings offer a forum for professionals to meet, network and exchange ideas. This evening meeting includes a seated dinner, cocktails and a featured speaker.
