Attention Parents and Students
Scholarships are available for children of GHBA members!
GHBA offers $500 scholarships to eligible students. Students must reside in the GHBA jurisdiction and be the son or daughter of a GHBA member. A member is anyone employed by a GHBA member company. Criteria for qualification are as follows:
- Must be either a college bound high school senior or accepted as a full time student in an accredited college or university in the United States.
- Must be the natural or adopted son or daughter of a current member of the GHBA.
- Must provide proof of academic ability by grade point average and class standing.
- Must be of good character (three written references required).
- Applications with transcripts, proof of enrollment and references must be received at the GHBA offices no later than April 14, 2006.
